- Free Shipping: For orders over €50, we offer free shipping via EMS. The delivery time is 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

Return & Exchange Process

- Prepare the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all original tags and receipts.

Refund Information

Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene or safety reasons. These include:
- Wassersporthelme (Water Sports Helmets): Due to hygiene reasons, water sports helmets cannot be returned unless they are defective.
